So this weekend at the local fair, I took a shot at bungee jumping. Let me tell you, greatest experience ever. At first you’re absolutely terrified and shitting your pants (not literally. I didn’t eat before hand to ensure that that did not happen) and then you drop and you accept it. You’re like “I accept this. This is it. I’m falling.” and then you fall and embrace you’re inevitable doom that you will splatter into the ground and it will hurt really badly and you’ll probably never walk again.
Then the cord begins to soften the fall and you gracefully hang there upside down swinging for a little bit. Probably the most graceful upside down experience of your life.
Not a single article was written that day….
