# Austin

A taco-snacking, classroom-slacking sophomore in high school whose life revolves around video games, especially Halo.

Austin works on the Washington Hatchet school paper as the Entertainment section editor, where he mostly writes and runs stories about Halo. He has a tendency to disrupt day to day life with his antics, usually fueled by some sort of Halo related event.

Mostly insecure about himself, he seeks out popularity as a solution through means such as playing football or trying to find a girlfriend, all of these things foiled by his obsession with Halo. While a bit of a fatiguing personality, he regularly works on improving himself with life lessons about responsibility and how Halo is awesome but not so awesome that it’s more important than putting out that fire you just started.

No matter how badly he screws things up, he’s always willing to put in the work to make everything right again. Because Halo.
